The idea was a high-tech white “cube” made of steel and glass. The cube is an “extra room” of the house and its view is breath-taking as it has two fully glazed sides facing a valley. Its fine lines, design and architecture make the cube a piece of sustainable art. The cantilever is sustained by a very thin support, which provides the sensation that the library is almost floating in the air.
"The architect’s job is to give a client not what he wants, but what he never dreamed that he wanted."
